Tradition Mortgage was proud to be the Official Hat Sponsor for the U.S. Pond Hockey Championships that took place at Lake Nokomis this past weekend, January 15th-18th. Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the event, over 200 teams came in from all over to play hockey the way it was meant to be played…outdoors on a pond.
Our President, Erik Hendrikson and the rest of the Tradition Mortgage team finished the tournament undefeated with a 6-0 record, beating the 4-time defending champion of the 40+ division to win the division. Not even a broken nose from teammate, Pat Martin could stop them from beating the competition! With their win, came the infamous golden shovel.
