Jason Decker is a Partner at Tradition Mortgage. He started his lending career at Wells Fargo in 2001, before finding his permanent home at Tradition Mortgage in 2003. He has over 18 years of residential mortgage loan experience, specializing in 1-4 unit mortgage loan origination. One of only a few individuals in Minnesota recognized nationally as a “Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist” (CRMS). He is also accredited by the Minnesota Mortgage Association as a “Minnesota Mortgage Specialist” (MMS). Jason earned his B.A. in Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2001. Jason and his wife Lisa reside in Lakeville with their three sons, Kaden, Rylan, and Hudson (and dog Boomer). Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending his son's sports activities.
