Dane is a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Tradition Mortgage with more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate the home financing process with mortgage solutions tailored to their unique goals. He is passionate about guiding homebuyers through every step of the financing journey—from pre-approval to closing—and takes pride in seeing the excitement on their faces when the dream of homeownership becomes a reality.
Dane earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Luther College, and has been originating mortgages since 2012. He now resides in Woodbury, MN with his wife, son, and daughter. When not in the office, Dane enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching sports.

Tom lives on Lake Marion in Lakeville. He has three children, boy/girl twins Max & Drew, and daughter Elliet. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his children, family, and the occasional round of golf.
